Every ARA piece passes the same four gates before it leaves the workshop. No shortcuts, no output line.
Mold Engineering
The process begins with precise 3D CAD modeling, translated into production molds via CNC routing to ensure perfect symmetry.
Composite Layup
Layers of fiberglass cloth are laid in the mold and saturated with resin to build the piece's strong, lightweight core.
Surface Finishing
Once cured and demolded, the piece is sanded and finished with high-quality primer and color coats for a smooth, even surface.
Quality Inspection
A final rigorous inspection of dimensions, structural balance, and finish purity before white-glove packaging.
